...everybody in the plane broke out into a huge applause for the aircrew. Ulla had told me that this
might happen, but, when it did, I looked down this runway and knew why. Though we were flying with nationals
from all over Europe, as the plane turned onto the taxi way, I could only think to myself that they were
all saying, "Ya, BABY!!!" in their own languages. We'd all made it through the same hole in the sky.
